泡沫流体流变特性研究

摘    要:按文题,在考虑壁面滑移速度条件下,理论上推导了泡沫流体在圆管中流动的流量和速度分布表达式。通过实验测定了滑移速度V_s,其与剪应力τ_w之间的关系可归纳为V_s=ατ_w~b。验证了流量方程的正确性。发现以十六烷基磺酸钠为发泡剂的泡沫流体符合Hersechel-Buckley本构方程,流变特性参数为τ_0=10.5[Pa],K=0.824[Pa·s~n]和n=0.54。

Abstract:Rheologic characteristics of foam were studied in this paper. The expressions of volume flow rate and velocity profile, which take account of the presence of slip at capillary tube wall, have been established by theoretical analysis. The wall slip velocity of foam was measured by using a capilary device. The experimental results showed that the equation of volume flow rate hold good properly. The foam exhibits non-Newtonian fluid behavior which obeys the Hersechel-Buckley constitutive equation.Rheologic characteristic parameters are as follows: flow behavior index n equals to 0.54, the consistency coefficient K 0.824 (Pa.s)and the yield stress 10.5 (Pa). The experimental results may be used as reference for the foam technology process developments and design of equipments.
