| Abstract: | The way of mastering sport skills has its characteristic.After the brain begins to work and under less control of consciousness,the inertia of nervous-muscular activities forms the property of muscular memory,and the automatic and programmed nervous-muscu- lar activities make the accomplishment of sport movement more efficient. |
