摘 要: | 实现了α-酰氧基芳基酮的化学选择性和对映选择性氢化及氢解反应,分别得到重要的手性二醇单酯、简单酮和手性α-酰氧基芳基酮.手性产物经过衍生,可应用于多种具有生物活性的天然产物和药物的合成中.该催化反应的底物与催化剂比例(S/C)可高达5 000~6 000,证明了均相钯催化氢化具有工业应用前景.

Palladium-Catalyzed Chemo- and Enantioselective Hydrogenation and Hydrogenolysis |

Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces recent progress our group has made in the area of Pd-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation and hydrogenolysis. A Palladium catalyzed chemo- and enantioselective hydrogenation and hydrogenolysis of a-acyloxy ketones for the synthesis of chiral a-acyloxy-1-arylethanols, simple ketones and chiral a-acyloxy ketones, has been reported for the first time. The chiral products have the potential to be transformed to various biologically active compounds and chiral drugs. Of note is that S/C ratios up to 5000-6000 were obtained, suggesting that this homogeneous palladium catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation has good prospects for use in industry. |
