涡轮泵轴承寿命预测及研究进展

摘    要:为使涡轮泵主轴支承滚动轴承实现多次重复使用,在高可靠性要求下提高轴承的工作寿命成为研究重点。综述了固体润滑球轴承的技术特点及其在低温、高速和重载等极端工况下的磨损寿命和疲劳寿命的研究进展情况及主要关注的因素。展望了未来高寿命、高可靠性涡轮泵轴承的研究方向及研究重点。

Abstract:The turbopump bearing is required to be reused for many times, under such a requirement, how to improve the working life of the bearing has become a research focus. In this paper, the technical characteristics of solid lubricated bearing and the research progress of wear life and fatigue life under low temperature, high speed and heavy load were summarized. The research orientation and key point of the high life and high reliability turbopump bearing were prospected.
