柱色谱法分离玉米油中三亚油酸甘油酯

摘    要:以玉米油为研究对象,采用柱色谱法,分离提纯其中的三亚油酸甘油酯。分别以硅胶、巯丙基键合银离子硅胶为固定相,以正己烷-乙腈-异丙醇为洗脱剂。采用LC-MS和高温GC-MS的方法对各组分进行结果分析。结果表明:巯基键合银离子硅胶和硅胶这两种固定相应结合使用,玉米油中的三亚油酸甘油酯的分离效果最佳。

Abstract:Trilinolein was separated and purified from corn oil by column chromatography. The stationary phase of silica gel and silver ion-loaded mercaptopropyl silica gel was used in column chromatography with hexane-acetonitrile-isopropyl alcohol as eluant. The fractions were analyzed by LC-MS and high temperature GC-MS. The results showed that the optimum separation and purification of trilinolein in corn oil could be achieved by using both silica gel and silver ion-loaded mercaptopropyl silica gel.
