| Abstract: | In this paper the authors introduce a new worm gear drive with ground double profile, expound its features, theoretical background, computed results and EHD lubrication characteristics analysis. Finally, they introduce that the new type of worm gear drive has three advantages over the commonly used worm gear drives. |
