柴油低温流动性和润滑性改进剂的研究进展

摘    要:为符合国际环保要求,柴油经加氢精制后,润滑性大大受损;而柴油本身的低温流动性较差。绝大多数炼油厂仍是采用分别加剂调和的手段改善柴油的润滑性能和低温流动性能。本文提出一种建议,即合成一种新型添加剂,它的长链烷基能够改善柴油低温流动性能,而它的极性部分,如酰胺基等则具有提高柴油润滑性的作用。本文还综述了柴油低温流动性改进剂和润滑性改进剂的种类,目前国内外的研究进展及改善冷滤点作用机理等。

The research of Low Tempreture Flow Porperty and Lubricating Property of Cleaned Diesel

Abstract:To comply with international environmental requirements,the lubricating property of diesel becomes worse after hydrofining.And diesel is not flow very well in low temperature.Both lubrication property and low temperature flow property were improved by adding additives seperately for most refineries.In this paper,a recommendation that a new synthetic additives,its long chain alkyl can improve low temperature flow property,while its polar group,such as amide can enhance lubrication property.This article also summarized the types of cold flow improvers and lubricity modifiers of diesel,its national or international developments and the mechanism of improving cold filter plugging point.
