| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶系统对10个品种的向日葵进行同工酶分析．依据不同品种间酶带特征的不同，并利用聚类分析的方法，研究了向日葵品种间的亲源关系．结果表明：这些品种共出现52条酶带，除了第六个品种外所有供试品种间都有一条共同特征的谱带，同时不同品种间也存在差异．POD酶谱聚类分析将10个品种向日葵分为三大类． |

| Abstract: | Sunflower of 10 species were analysed by using PAGE electrophoresis.On the basis of the different characteristics of different species between enzyme belt and the cluster analysis methods,the sunflower between Pro-source relationship and fight natural calamities were studied.The results showed: The emergence of a total of 52 varieties of enzyme belt,in addition to a sixth test for all varieties of species have a common feature among the bands,while there are differences between the different varieties.10 species can be divided into three main categories |
