| 摘 要： | 从河北省昌黎地区某养貉场自然病死貉的肺脏中分离到几乎纯一的细菌,经对10株分离菌进行细菌形态学观察、培养特性、理化特性等主要生物学特性鉴定,结果表明,该分离菌为铜绿假单胞菌。药物敏感性试验表明,该分离菌对丁胺卡那霉素、头孢氨苄、环丙沙星敏感。经用小白鼠进行致病性试验,证实所分离到的该菌有致病性。

| Abstract: | The bacteria were isolated from the dead marten's lungs in clinical cases on a marten farm in Changli county.The results showed that the isolated bacteria were pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA),based on their shape observation,cultural characters and physicochemical property in 10 strains.Pharmacosensitive test showed that this kind bacterium was sensitive to amikacin,cephalexin and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and pathogenic test showed that it had pathogenicity to mice. |
