| 摘 要： | 板底脱空是水泥混凝土路面病害的主要原因,也是当前我国水泥路面养护的重点。通过某水泥混凝土路面板底压浆加固工程实例,阐述压浆材料技术的性能要求,着重分析压浆材料配合比设计思路和试验方法。针对常规试验仪器无法测定的大流动性浆体问题,提出相应的试验装置和坍落直径指标,推荐压浆材料配合比。通过项目实施前后板角弯沉测量和1a后弯沉跟踪测量,表明所使用的压浆材料和压浆措施对处理板底脱空效果明显。

| Abstract: | The void under cement concrete pavement is the important reason of the cement pavement disease,also the key point of road maintenance.According to an engineering case,the basic demands of jacking grout,the test method and mixture ratio and the rehabilitation effect are elaborated to provide a reference for the same project. |
