奥氏体不锈钢可控脉冲电弧焊工艺研究

摘    要:在选定了不锈钢可控脉冲电弧焊脉冲参数的基础上,本文就不锈钢焊接的具体工艺问题如保护气体的选择比较,对接焊技术等进行了研究,并对焊后的接头质量给予评价。通过试验获得的数据将有助于可控脉冲电弧焊技术在不锈钢及其他合金方面的推广应用。

Abstract:On the basis of selecting pulse parameters of Controlled Transfer Pulsed Welding for austenitic stainless steel,emphasis was given on welding technique of stainless steel.The selection and comparison of different shielding gases and the technique of butt welding were fully discussed.The welding joint was evaluated by radiography,mechanical tests and macrography. It is believed that all the experimental data would benefit the application of CTPW.
