基于Simulink的机械系统动力学数字仿真

摘    要:论述了机械系统仿真的常用方法及其不足 ,介绍了 MATL AB中 Simulink动态仿真软件包的优点 ,提出运用Sim ulink对机械系统进行动力学数字仿真的方法。以一个带有动力减振器的机械振动系统为例 ,详细描述了该系统在Sim ulink环境中的动力学数字仿真过程。具体步骤是首先建立机械系统的动力学数学模型 ,再通过 Sim ulink的传递函数模块建立数字仿真模型 ,设置各项仿真参数后执行仿真 ,得出仿真结果并考察其可信性。结果表明 ,该仿真方法更直观精确 ,提高了效率。

Abstract:In this paper,the common simulation methods of mechanical systems and their shortages are discussed. A new method for the dynamics digital simulation of mechanical systems based on Simulink is presented. A mechanical vibration system which has a dynamical absorber is taken as an example to describe the particular process of the dynamical simulation. The mathematical model and digital simulation model in Simulink are established successively. After the setting of all simulation parameters,the simulation is carried out,then the reliability of the obtained simulation results are analyzed,which shows that the method is more exact and efficient.
