| 摘 要： | 学报编辑主创意旨有其独特性。就其服务对象而言，他只面向商等教育的教育教学研究工作者；就其办刊要求而言，他必须追求科学创新的学术性；就其奉献精神而言，他必须比其他行业的编辑要付出更多的劳动；就其文化素质而言，他的编辑专业知识必须是学者化，在其他学科知识上也应有较高的修养；就其前瞻意识而言，他必须经常关注国内外学术界与教育教学的热点和生长点，并把这些信息及时转给自己的作者群和读者群。

| Abstract: | The intention of school journal editors is unique.According to their customers,they face teaching and research workers in higher educational field;according to the requirement of the journal,they must seek academic and scientific innovation;according to the dedication spirit,they must work harder;according to their cultural quality,they must have special knowledge like scholars.They must be well cultivated in other subjects;according to their foresight,they must care for the heat points in the academic field home and abroad and recommend the information to their writers and readers. |
