摘    要:为了保证煤矿安全生产,实现煤矿生产现代化,有必要对矿井提升系统 进行实时监测及运行状态分析。本文根据煤矿的生产实际,设计了多传感器的矿井提升设备运行状态计算机自动监测系统,介绍了自动监测系统的硬件组成及软件结构,并设计了几种实用性强、可靠性高的硬件电路。应用结果表明,所设计的基于多传感器信号融合的计算机自动监测系统对矿井提升这样多变量、非线性的复杂系统非常适用,能准确地进行动态监测、故障诊断及事故处理。

Abstract:In order to ensure safety in mine production and accomplish the modernization of mine production the real-time monitoring and running state analysis of the mine lifting system is necessary. A Computer automatic monitoring system with multisensor for the working state of the mine lifting equipment is designed in this paper, according to the reality of mining production. The hardware composition and software structure of the automatic monitoring system are also introduced. Furthermore, several quite practical and reliable hardware circuits are designed in this paper Application results show that the computer automatic monitoring system based on multisensor signal fusion is very applicable for the nonlinear system with multivariable of mine lifting and can be used with great curacy in dynamic monitoring fault diagnosis and trouble removal.
