| 摘 要： | 以愈创木酚和乙醛酸为原料-,通过缩合反应试验合成3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯乙醇酸(MHMA)。研究了原料的配比、原料的加入方式、反应温度、反应时间、反应体系碱浓度等因素对愈创木酚和乙醛酸缩合反应的影响。乙醛酸转化率可达84.0%,MHMA收率可达80%以上。

| Abstract: | Based on condensation of guaiacol and glyoxylic acid,3-methoxy 4-hydroxyman-delic acid(MHMA)was synthesized.Influence factors are investigated on the condensation reaction,the formula of materia,the method of feeding in materia,the reaction temperature,the reaction time,the concentration of alkali of reaction.The rate of conversion(glyoxalic acid)mounts to 84.0 % and the yield of MHMA mounts to 80 %. |
