摘    要:研究了Zr含量对微合金钢组织和性能的影响。低碳含Zr钢的组织为铁素体 珠光体,随着Zr含量增加,钢中含Zr夹杂物的尺寸有所增大。微合金钢中添加的Zr,对钢的强度和塑性影响不大;Zr含量在0.01%-0.03%时,单位面积夹杂物颗粒数较少,微合金钢的低温韧性最好。

Abstract:Effects of Zr content on the microstructure and properties of micro-alloyed steels have been investigated. The microstructure of Zr-doped steels is found to be ferrite and pearlite. With the increase of Zr content, the size of inclusions containing Zr increases appreciably. Effects of Zr added in micro-alloyed steels on the steel strength and ductility is not distinct. When Zr content ranges from 0.01% to 0.03%(weight percentage), the amount of inclusions per area is smaller and the low temperature toughness of Zr-doped micro-alloyed steels is the best.
