土壤有机质含量与土壤脲酶活性关系的研究

摘    要:利用空间移位长期定位试验,开展了土壤有机质含量与土壤脲酶活性及土壤铵态氮含量关系的研究。结果表明:土壤脲酶活性、土壤铵态氮含量在玉米生育期的变化是:灌浆期>大喇叭口期>收获期;在5种土壤有机质含量土壤中,土壤脲酶活性、土壤铵态氮含量与土壤有机质含量呈正相关,北安>嫩江>海伦>德惠>梨树。

Abstract:Urease activity and NH 4-N contents in 5 kinds of soils with different contents of organic matter were measured,and their changes in the course of the growth of maize and differences in the different soils were made sure.The relationship of soil organic matter content and urease activity/NH 4-N contents were determined by use of the long-term fixed-site experiment about space removal of soil.The results showed that the changes of urease activity/NH 4-N contents in the growth course of maize were as:grain-filling stage>big flare opening stage> harvest stage.Soil organic matter content positively correlated with urease activity and NH 4-N contents for 5 kinds of soils with different contents of organic matter,and the ranking of urease activity NH 4-N contents in 5 different-origin soils were as:Beian>Nenjiang>Hailun>Dehui>Lishu.
