水平平板上蒸发液滴内部流动的数值研究

摘    要:提出了水平平板上自然蒸发的挥发性液体液滴,在传热产生的表面张力梯度作用下 液滴内部二维轴对称流动的简化数学模型。导出了控制液滴内部流动的参数是比渥数Bi 和马拉哥尼数Ma。并用涡量-流函数数值计算方法求解了液滴内部流动的流场和温 度分布。发现随着Bi数和Ma数的不断增大,液滴内部流动将由一致方向的回转流 动分化为多个细胞流结构,本文还对产生细胞流结构的机理、条件和特点作了详尽分 析。

Abstract:A simplified mathematical model of two-dimensional axisymmetrical flow driven by surface tension gradient due to heat transfer within a volatile liquid droplet which is evaporating on a horizontal plate is presented. Parameters on which the flow in the droplet depend mainly are Biot number and Marangoni number. The flow fields and temperature profiles within the droplet are evaluated numerically with vorticity-stream function method. The results show that as the Bi and Ma increase gradually, the flow in the droplet will turn from round flow in same direction into several roll-cell flows. The conditions and mechanisms causing roll cell flows in the droplet and the characteristics of roll cell flow are analysed in detail.
