| 摘 要： | 介绍了国家“八五”科技攻关项目“国产化定向结构板生产线”的工艺流程、技术参数、专用主机性能以及用该生产线制造的产品质量。说明国产化定向结构板生产线符合我国国情，要以满足年产量为８０００ｍ＾３、１５０００ｍ＾３和３００００ｍ＾３建厂单位的需求，具有经济、适用和多功能等特点，用该线生产的定向结构板性能符合欧共体定向结构板标准的要求。国产化定向结构板生产结的价格仅为引进国外同类生产线的１／４－１／３。选

| Abstract: | The production process, technology parameters, properties of special mechinery of OSB production line made in China were introduced. The quality of OSB made from this productiou line is also given. Results show this OSB production line is suitable for Chinese national conditions. Requirements of Chinese OSB Factories, whose annual yield is 8000m 3,15000m 3 or 30000m 3 respectively, can be met. The property of board can come up to requirements of European OSB standard. The price of this production line is only one-fourth to one-third of that of the similar line imported. The factories using this OSB production line can get better commercial and social benefits. |
