盘腔流动对涡轮流动换热的影响

摘    要:对某涡喷发动机涡轮部件进行三维气热耦合数值模拟计算,研究涡轮盘腔内二次空气对主流流动与换热的影响,同时研究了冷气流量对燃气入侵的影响.结果表明:叶尖间隙流动及叶根端壁二次空气射流均对流动结构及局部换热系数分布产生较大影响;当冷气流量系数低于自由盘的流量系数时,就会发生燃气入侵现象,冷气流量越小,燃气入侵现象越严重.

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of secondary cavity flow on mainstream flow and heat transfer,numerical simulation calculation of the turbo of a turbojet engine was carried out by adopting a three-dimensional conjugate numerical method.And the effects of cool air on gas invasion were also studied.The results indicate that tip clearance flow and blade root secondary jet flow exert great influences on flow structure and local heat transfer coefficient.Gas invasion takes place when cooling air flow coeffic...
