抗战后期陈云边区财经思想研究 --纪念陈云诞辰100周年暨抗战胜利60周年

抗战后期，陈云出任西北财经办事处副主任兼政治部主任，主管陕甘宁边区财经工作。为突破封锁，克服战时困难，陈云主要进行了以下工作：经济上，生产自救，解决吃饭穿衣问题；贸易上，打破封锁，换回必需的军民用品：金融上，稳定物价，维护边币相对币值；财政上，厉行节约，平衡开支并留有节余。

On Chen Yun's Ideas on Finance in Bordering Areas After Anti-Japanese War--Commemorate Chen Yun's 100th birthday and the 60th anniversary of the victory of Anti-Japanese War

At the end of Anti-Japanese War,Chen Yun was appointed as Northwest Finance and Economics Office's deputy director and the director of political department.In order to break blockading and overcome difficulties,Chen Yun had carried on the following works:on economy,produce independently,solve the problem of food and clothing;on trade,break blockades,gain essential articles for army and people;on finance,control prices,maintain a relative value of Border Region Currency;on expenditure,practise strict economy,balance the expenses and guarantee surplus.
