使用准公司进行电子商务实践教学初探

实践教学是职业教育的重要教学方法之一,模拟公司教学目前是国际上较为流行的实践教学方法。根据教学要求和电子商务课程的特点,本文首次提出了准公司的概念,它不同于模拟公司,因为准公司在操作上是真实的;但它又不同于校办文体,因为准公司不具备法人资格。但准公司独有的真实优点,既可达到实践教学的目的,又不需要学校太多的投资,具有简单和易操作性的特点。

The Probing of Practice Teaching Through Using Para-corporation in the E-business Course

In compliance with the educational requirements and characters of the e-business course, para-corporation, is first put forward in this essay.
