快走丝电火花线切割机低损脉冲电源研究

摘    要:脉冲电源在快走丝线切割机工作过程中对工具电极的冲击磨损是造成工具电极断丝的主要原因之一,本文以控制脉冲电流工作状态为目的,设计了一种对工具电极低损耗的输出为阶梯状高低压复合型脉冲的电源和以AVR单片机为核心的可视化控制系统,并通过工艺试验证明使用效果良好。

Abstract:The broken wire of WEDM-HS tool electrode has always been an important factor that influences machining efficiency of WEDM-HS.This paper addresses the control pulse currents as the its objective,having designed a ladder-like high and low composite pulse power which is low-abrasive to the tool electrodes and an AVR microcontroller-based visualized control system.Test result shows that in the same processing efficiency,the pulse power can reduce the impact and loss to the tool electrode to some extent.
