间-二硝基苯精制的理论与实践

摘    要:对芳环上硝基进行亲核置换的反应性作了理论分析,提出了在季铵盐相转移催化剂存在下,使用稀的氢氧化钠溶液精制间-二硝基苯的新方法。收率达97.25%。比亚硫酸钠法提高4%。两法的产品经气相色谱及红外光谱分析,证明质量相同。反应生成的邻硝基苯酚可以回收。废液色浅,COD_(Cr)值下降10倍。

Abstract:The new method, using PTC of quaternary ammonium salt in dilute sodium hydro- xide solution, was used to purify the m-dinitrobenzene. It was put forward from the nucleophilic reactivity of the NO_2-group of the aromatic ring. The yield of the product was 97.25% and increased 4% more than by Na_2SO_3 method. The quality of the pro duct was found satisfactory and is confirmed both by the gas chromatography analysis and Infra-Red spectrum. o-nitrophenol in the reaction can be recovered. The waste water is light in color and COD_(Cr) values is lowered by ten times.
