| 摘 要： | 在建设项目可行性研究的经济评价中,敏感性分析的数据处理和计算工作量相当繁重,而中外合资项目尤为复杂。本文针对中外合资项目特点所设计的程序、能就投资、销售收入和经营成本三因素的变动,对净现值和内部收益率两个经济效益指标的影响作出敏感性分析、解决了用计算机代替人工操作的问题,可大大提高工作效率。本程序在稍加修改后,可适用于其他的国内建设项目。

| Abstract: | Economic evaluation in the feasibility study of construction projects involves hard and complex work of data processing and computation,especially in joint ventures.This paper,with focus on the joint ventures,proposes a programme able to make sensibility analysis of the influence of the three variables,investment,sales proceeds and cost,on the two economic result targets,net present value and internal rate of return.It can replace hand- oper ation and greatly improve sefficiency.If altered slightly, it can be applied to other construction projects. |
