摘    要:K故障诊断法是一种计算量较少而又比较有效的诊断方法,但在实际使用中受容差 影响较大。为了解决这一问题,提出一种称为K+1故障诊断法的改进方法。该方法根 据K故障诊断法的原理,从总体上估计容差对诊断的影响,用补偿电源进行等效,只要 求增加一个测点。与其它方法相比,所增加的计算量较少,而且特别适用于较大规模的 电路。

Abstract:K-fault diagnosis is an effective diagnosis method with small amount of after teat work. However, it is liable to be influenced by tolerance, especially when it is used to a practical circuit. In order to solve this problem, an improved method called K+1-fault diagnosis is presented. Based on the principle of K-fault diagnosis, this method estimates the effect of tolerance to fault location as a whole and treats it as equivalent fault sources. Compared with other methods, only small amount of additional computation work and one more test node are required. Another merit of this method lies in its suitability for diagnosis of large scale circuit.
