| Abstract: | The concepts of disaster evaluation,risk evaluation and damage evaluation were expounded.A review of the
evaluation methods on disaster distribution,disaster tendency and disaster event was made.A general formula and its
usage were given.A standard index for counting damages with the disaster events was suggested. |
