| 摘 要： | 为了探讨超临界萃取V。对Hela细胞凋亡效果及其作用机理，以Hela细胞作为实验材料，从细胞生长抑制率、细胞形态学、TUNEL等方面研究超临界萃取Ve对Hela细胞凋亡效果和作用机理。实验结果表明，超临界萃取维生素E对人子宫颈癌Hela细胞生长有抑制作用，且呈时间和剂量效应。超临界萃取Ve影响Hela细胞的主要机理是下调癌基因Bcl-2。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly investaged effects and mechanisms of VE extracted by supercritical CO2 on Hela cell apoptosis.Experiments include determining effects of different contents of VE on proliferation,morphology,TUNEL,flow cytometric analysis and RT-PCR of Hela cells.Studies showed that VE extracted by supercritical CO2 had inhibition on proliferation of Hela cell,which was time-dependent and dose-dependent.Main mechanism includes down-regulation of oncogene Bcl-2 expression. |
