我国包装工业在科学发展观指导下的发展趋势和对策

中央提出的科学发展观必将引起包装工业经济增长方式的转变,对包装工业今后的发展将产生深刻影响,在指出我国包装工业所取得的突出成绩和存在的问题基础上,对我国包装工业在科学发展观指导下的发展趋势进行了探讨,提出了适应新发展的新对策。

Development trend and countermeasures for package industry of China under scientific development outlook

In the Third Plenary Session of 16~(th) Central Committee of CPC,the Party held overall,coordinate and sustainable scientific development outlook,emphasized that economic growth should be coordinated with population,resources and environment and that economic development and environment protection should be equally paid attention to and that economic growth must be based on resources and ecological environment carrying capacity,which was the strategy in the face of Three Crisis of population,resources and environment and increasing environment pollution and increasing ecological environment deteriorating.Scientific development outlook was the historic symbol of economic and social development transforming from solely emphasizing GDP to emphasizing human living environment and was governmental macro-adjustment basis.This paper discussed the new trend and new countermeasures of package industry development.
