黄河流域水资源多维临界调控模型体系的设计

摘    要:针对黄河流域面临的水资源短缺、水灾害加剧、生态环境恶化的局面,将临界控制论应用于水资源系统,建立了黄河水资源临界调控的控制论模型;并在大系统递阶控制结构的基础上,构建了模型体系的多级控制结构。应用信息熵建立黄河水资源总控模型,通过该模型的调控,使黄河水资源系统向有序的良性发展。

Abstract:Based on the Yellow River Valley facing such worsening situations as water resources shortage,water disaster severity and eco-environ degradation,the critical cybernetics is used in water resources system to establish the cybernetics model of critical adjustment and control of the Yellow River water resources. The multi-level control structure is also established on the basis of hierarchical control structure. Also, the information entropy is used to establish the general control model for the Yellow River water resources,whereby making the Yellow River water resources system develop in an orderly and better circulation via the adjustment and control of this model.
