摘    要:为量化分析新型煤化工行业对经济发展的作用,结合黑龙江省煤化工行业发展现状,采用资源动态规划模型确定新型煤化工产出量,在2002年投入产出表的基础上构建新的投入产出表,并运用产业关联理论,分析新型煤化工产业投入产出对黑龙江区域经济的影响。结果表明,煤化工产业具有较强的前向联系和后向联系;黑龙江省煤制甲醇项目最优总量为380万t,以同行业投资收益率计算,该项目投产将带动黑龙江省GDP增长1.34%,利润额为2008年新增GDP的1.08%。发展新型煤化工产业对黑龙江省经济具有较强的带动作用。

Abstract:With a view to a quantitative analysis of the effect of the late-model coal chemical industry on the economic development,this paper introduces an approach to calculating the output of late-model coal chemical industry,combined with the present development of coal chemical industry in Heilongjiang Province and depending on the dynamic resource planning model and gives a new input-output table made on the basis of the input-output table of 2002.The paper discusses the industry relevance theory applied to the analysis of the impact of coal chemical industry on the regional economy of Heilongjiang Province.The results show that the coal chemical industry has a stronger forward stream linkages and downstream linkages.Heilongjiang Province boasts coal methanol projects with the optimal total outputs of 3.8 million tons.The industrial rate of investment return shows that the operation of the late-model coal chemical project is expected to give Heilongjiang Province GDP 1.34 %,yielding the profits equivalent to 1.08% of the incremental GDP.The late-model coal chemical industry promises to be a driving force for the development in the economy of Heilongjiang Province.
