摘    要:采用垂直聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、特异性组织化学染色技术和外周血体外培养技术,研究了黑颈鹤血清中乳酸脱氢酸、酯酶、铁传递蛋白和染色体组型,并对它们与生理功能、环境相适应的关系作了讨论,同时还从遗传学角度,对黑颈鹤的进化地位作了探讨。

Abstract:Lactate dehydrogenases, esterases, transferrins and a karyotype of an endangered avian species of the black-necked crane have been analysed by usig polyacrylamide vertical gel electrophoresis and the method of culturing peripheral lymphcytes. EST and TRF polymorphism were discovered, LDH was monomorphism and it had five bands of isoenzyme. LDH_5 is cathode and LDH_1 anode. The content of LDH isoenzymes was LDH_5>LDH_4>LDH_1>LDH_3>LDH_2 by scanning of thin layer. The species black-necked crane had a karyotype (2n=80) common to other crane species previously examined with five autosomal pairs and one sex chromosme pair as the macrochromosomes, and a large number of microchromosome. Sex chromosomes were heteromorphic in females permitting sexing by means of chromosme analysis. Measurements of relative lengths and arm ratios of the macrochromosomes were also made.
