基于曲轴弹性振动的动力传动装置振动预测

摘    要:在曲轴系统的振动预测中应用动刚度矩阵法,计算从曲轴向滑块的激振力输入,建立了动力传动装置全系统的有限元模型,并采用该模型进行了振动的预测计算.与实验分析结果相比,两者能够较好地吻合,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性.

Abstract:In this paper,the dynamic stiffness matrix method is used to predict the vibration of the crankshaft system and to calculate the input exciting force from the crankshaft to the slide rod.Then,a finite element model of the whole power transmission device system is established.The proposed model is finally adopted to forecast and calculate the vibration.The calculated results accord well with the experimental results,verifying that the proposed method is correct and practicable.
