| 摘 要： | 从实现思想政治教育创新的时代要求出发，阐述了高校职业指导的内涵和重要意义。指出高校职业指导是当前提高思想政治教育针对性和实效性的有效途径，具有丰富的思想政治教育功能，主要表现为导向功能、德育功能、心理教育功能。
