| 摘 要： | 为测试棉籽生物柴油的燃烧和排放性能，本文在柴油机结构不作改动的情况下，适当提高喷油压力，在额定转速下燃用不同棉籽油调和比例的生物柴油与燃用0#柴油时的负荷特性和碳烟排放进行了对比试验研究。结果表明，提高喷油压力可有效改善生物柴油的雾化质量，同时负荷特性曲线平缓性变差，在较高负荷时出现凸峰现象：低棉籽油调和比例的生物柴油不需提高喷油压力，可直接在柴油机上燃用；生物柴油最小油耗率向低负荷偏移。碳烟排放随棉籽油调和比例增加而明显改善。
