| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨剖宫产率增高的原因及降低剖宫产率的对策。方法：回顾性分析1990年至2005年间住院分娩产妇11921人次分娩方式及新生儿结局。结果：剖宫产率一直呈快速上升趋势。上升原因既有社会原因，也有医源性原因。过度剖宫产并不降低新生儿窒息及新生儿死亡率的发生。结论：科学严密的产程监护才是降低新生儿窒息和新生儿死亡的关键所在。剖宫产应有循证医学指征。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the reasons of the increase of cesarean section and provide countermeasures to reduce it.Method:11921 cases were analyzed,including their delivery methods and the conditions of the neonates in the past 16 years from 1990 to 2005.Results:Cesarean section rate was on a rapid rise,from 11.32 % in 1990 to 50.72% in 2000.There were both social and iatrogenic reasons.Conclusion:Over cesarean section could not reduce the rate of asphyxia neonatorum and neonatal mortality.So cesarean section should be performed according to the clinical indications. |
