摘    要:本文介绍了一种新型大口径、高精度横向错位干涉仪的工作原理。它使用小口径Twyman-Green干涉仪作为分束器、光栅作为检测元件,使用实时Moire法消除干涉仪系统误差,干涉仪灵敏度灵活可调,适用于真实流场的定量测试。文中还给出了此干涉仪测试高超音速风洞流场所得到的结果。

Abstract:This paper presents the principle of a new large-aperture high-accuracy lateral shearing interferometer. The interferometer uses a Twyman-Green interferometer as a splitter, a grating as a detective element, real-timeMoire fringe method to eliminate the system errors. Its sensitivity can be easilyadjusted. It is applicable for the quantitative test of real flow field. The resultsobtained in the supersonic wind tunnel by the interferometer are given in thepaper.
