摘    要:在苗期接种不同VA菌种、大田移栽时施以不同的磷肥量,以研究VA菌根对磷肥吸收利用效应.结果得出,VA菌根对提高烟苗素质有显著效果;不同菌种不同磷肥施用量对烟叶产质量具有明显的影响,各种菌种不施磷肥处理能提高烟叶产量和上等烟比例,且能使烟碱含量有所提高.不同菌种在施磷量为210kg/hm2时也能产生较好的经济效益;在所有菌种中,以Scutelosporahelerogama表现最好,无论其在哪一种磷肥用量中均对烟草产生良好影响.除Glomusmoseae不施磷和施105kg/hm2两处理外,其余处理都有提高烟叶含钾量的趋势.宿主、菌种及磷肥用量三者之间有最佳组合关系.

Abstract:The effects of VA mycorrhiza on the phosphate abs orption and utilization in tobacco was studied with inoculating different VA myc orrhizal fungi at seedling and transplanted in the field fertilizer with differe nt phosphate levels.It was found that VA has remarkable effect on improving seed ling quality.The tobacco leaf yield were influenced obviouly by different VA mycorrhizal fungal strains and the phosphate fertilizer levels.All strains inoculated in this research could improve the leaf yield,the high class leaf of tobacco under the condition of no phosphate f ertilized,and the total sugar and nicotine content of the leaf was also improved in the same condition.In the treatment of ferlilizing P 2O 5 for 210?kg/hm 2,all fungal strains show pasitive effects on the economic output.Of the teste d fungal strains, Scutellospora helerogama shown the best econo mic effects in the two p hosphate fertilizing levels.All tests have the tendency of improving K content o f the tobacco leaf except G M plus 105?kg/hm 2 phosphate and no phosphate fer tilizing.There was an optimal composition among host plant,gungal strain and pho sphate fertilizing levels.
