苏里格气田节流气井积液规律分析

苏里格气田广泛使用了井下节流工艺,该工艺对气井生产后期的井筒积液产生很大影响。为了弄清井下节流器对气井积液规律的影响,本文采用物理模拟实验方法研究了节流器上端和节流器下端的积液先后顺序,利用苏里格气田实际气井生产动态数据,分析了节流器打捞后的积液动态变化规律,结合井筒压降数学模型和临界携液流量数学模型,提出了苏里格气田节流气井积液的四个过程,采用数值模拟软件和井筒压力计算软件相结合的方法,计算了气井节流器的最优打捞时机,为苏里格气田节流气井生产制度的合理制定提拱了依据。

Analysis on the Liquid Loading Regulation in Throttling Gas Wells in Sulige Gas Field

Downhole throttling technology is widely used in Sulige gas field, which has a great impact on the wellbore fluid accumulation in the later stage of gas well production. In order to find out the influence of downhole choke on the law of gas well effusion, the physical simulation experiment method was used in this paper to study the sequence of effusion at the upper end and the lower end of the choke. The production performance data of actual gas wells in Sulige gas field were used in this paper to analyze the dynamic change law of fluid accumulation after throttle salvaging. Combined with the mathematical model of wellbore pressure drop and critical liquid carrying flow, four processes of fluid accumulation in throttling gas wells in Sulige gas field are put forward. Numerical simulation software and wellbore pressure calculation software were combined to calculate the optimal salvaging time of gas well choke, which provides a basis for the rational formulation of production system of throttling gas well in Sulige gas field.
