| Abstract: | In the light of serious ponding problem that occurred in the underground footway of Changfeng Street of Taiyuan City, this paper puts forward some preventive treating measures correspondingly based on the reasons of the seepage for the purpose of making the designers and constructors pay attention to the waterproof engineering of the underground footway. |
