学制“缩水”与大学生就业浅析

大学毕业生就业已经成为一个备受社会关注的热点问题,胡锦涛主席、温家宝总理都在不同的场合要求各级各部门关注大学生就业问题。虽然造成大学生就业难有多方面的原因,但与高等学校自身在建设和发展过程中存在的问题密不可分,比如教育＂缩水＂问题。学生就业难导致学校被动压缩教学时间,给学生腾出时间让学生出去找工作;而学生过早地离开学校又造成学生该学的知识没有学到,更难以在市场上找到称心如意的工作。因此,解决学生就业问题应从学制入手,让学生扎实完成学业,对学生所学课程进行优化组合,改变教育观念,促成学生的个性发展,积极应对挑战。

Shrinking Length of Schooling and Graduate Employment

Graduate employment has aroused the attention of the public, on different occasions, President HU Jin - tao and Premier WEN Jia - bao have called for departments at every level to be concerned about it. In spite of many factors, its difficulty is closely related to the problems in universities in their construction and development, for in- stance, the shrinking length of schooling. Universities are forced to shorten their teaching hours so that students can have more time for job -hunting while the fact that students leave school earlier than planned results in that they havent mastered the knowledge they should, it is even more difficult for them to find their desirable jobs.
