| 摘 要： | 新型官兵关系是人民军队的一个显著的特征,我军新型的官兵关系定型于古田会议,这次会议确定了在红军中实行民主制度,奠定了创建新型官兵关系的思想基础,完善了新型官兵关系的根本制度,并把这种新型官兵关系扩展到整个红军,因此它对于我军新型官兵关系的创建有着重要的历史贡献。

| Abstract: | A new relationship between soldiers and officers is one of the remarkable characteristics in PLA,established at Gutian Meeting.The implementation of a democratic system in Red Army is also proposed at the meeting,which lays the ideological foundation,perfects basic principles for the new relationship between soldiers and officers,and popularizes this new relationship in the whole Red AmryArmy.GuTtian Meeting has contributed a lot to the foundation of the new relationship between soldiers and officers in the history of PLA. |
