文学翻译的文化误读——对葛浩文的英译本《浮躁》的分析

20纪80年代,人们从跨文化的角度来审视翻译,这为人们重新认识翻译中不完全的忠实的现象提供了较为科学的阐释。通过美国学者葛浩文翻译的贾平凹所著《浮躁》的英译本中部分文化误读例子,分析文学翻译中的误读与误译现象,讨论文化误读产生的原因。在今后的文学翻译实践中更有效的实现文化交流,让译者尽量避免文化误读的消极影响。

An Analysis of cultural Mistranslation in coldblatt＇s English Version of Turbulerce

In the 1980s,people view translation works from a cross-cultural perspective,which provided a scientific interpretation to recognize the phenomenon of unfaithfulness.With the Chinese version of Turbulence written by Jian Pingwa and the Englisn version translated by the American scholar Goldblatt as the study case,This article compares the two versions and analyses some of the examples of the misreading and mistranslation phenomenon in the work and discusses the causes of cultural misreading examples.The conclusion is that,in order to exchange the culture more effectively,the translators should avoid cultural misreading of negative influences in literary translation practice.
