| 摘 要： | 归属感可简单理解为个体归于或属于某种事物所产生的情感,客观存在并影响着个体的行为表现。从归属感概念、层次、分类以及要素几个方面进行深入分析和细致探讨,并对归属感的形成过程加以说明,为培养和增强个体归属感提供参考。
