复合超声纵振型变幅杆的简化设计

摘    要:传统设计复合纵振变幅杆的方法是利用各形状函数杆之间的位移和力连续的边界条件,确定方程中的待定系数,导出频率方程,利用各形状函数分界面之间机械阻抗相等的方法设计复合纵振变幅杆,可简化设计,物理意义明显,这种方法也适用于复合扭振变幅杆的设计。

Abstract:The method for conventionally designing compound longitudinal vibrating horn is that the undetermined coefficiency are solved and the frequency equation is derived by using continuous boundary conditions with displacement and force at each interface of partial shape function horns.In this paper,the boundary conditions are substituted by equal mechanic impedances at each interface of partial shape funciton horn.This method can simplify design,and its physical meaning is obvious.The designing method in this paper can be generalized in compound torsional vibrating horn.
