| 摘 要： | 作为体育事业的重要组成部分，群众体育对于改善人民生活方式、提高生活质量和文明程度具有不可替代的作用。北京奥运会后人民群众对体育的需求空前高涨，群众体育的发展条件基本成熟。本文主要通过文献资料法对重庆市群众体育的发展现状进行了分析，并提出拓宽资金投入渠道、加大宣传力度、完善设社会指导员队伍、建立健全国民体质监测体系和相关法律法规等对策，对重庆市群众体育的发展进行了探索。
