化学成分与热轧工艺对15MnV钢组织性能的影响

摘    要:在实验室条件下研究了化学成分与热轧工艺对15MnV钢组织性能的影响。结果表明,只要成分与热轧工艺控制适当,将该钢的锰含量降至1.2%是可能的。得出了15MnV钢降锰生仍满足规定的力学性能要求的相应合适成分与热轧工艺。

Abstract:In this paper,effects of chemical composition and hot rolling process on microstruture and mechanical properties of 15 MnV steels have been investigated in laboratory.The results show that,if only composition and hot rolling process are controlled suitablly,reducing manganese content of steels by 1.2% is possible.The suitable composition and hot rolling process compatible with that 15 MnV steels after reducing manganese content still meet specified demanl for mechanical properties are arrived.
