浅析解放初期萍乡煤炭职业教育(1949—1957)

解放初期,在党的社会主义过渡时期总路线的光辉指引下,在社会主义工业化建设的背景下,萍乡煤矿实施了一系列职业技术教育措施,在提高职工整体素养时提高了煤炭工业的生产力,进而树立了中国共产党和新中国政府的威信。通过对萍乡煤炭职业教育的产生背景、发展措施以及实施效果的梳理分析,全面探索解放初期的萍乡煤炭职业教育。

On Pingxiao’s Coal Vocational Education in the Early New China Era

In the early new China era ,guided by the general line of our Party’s socialistic transition ,against a background of socialistic industrial construction ,Pingxiang Coal Mine enforced a series of measures of vocational and technical education ,which helped to improve the productivity of the coal mine industry while improving the overall quality of the workers ,so as to establish the authority of CPC and the new Chinese government .This article tries to comprehensively study Pingxiang’s coal vocational education in the early new Chian era through the analysis of the background of Pingxiang’s coal vocational education ,the analysis of the development measures and the effects of the enforcement .
