以非离子型聚氨酯为表面活性剂的丙烯酸酯乳液聚合研究

摘    要:在不添加任何其它助剂的条件下,以具有优良表面活性的两种非离子型聚氨酯表面活性剂PUS IGM1000和PUS IGM2000替代小分子表面活性剂用于制备聚丙烯酸酯乳液。动力学实验结果表明聚合反应在初始阶段具有较高的反应速率,成核周期与聚氨酯的用量成反比。电镜结果显示两种非离子型聚氨酯表面活性剂制备得到的聚合物乳胶粒子均具有典型的核壳粒子结构。力学性能测试结果表明由PUS IGM2000制备得到的胶膜机械性能要优于PUS IGM1000制备得到的胶膜。

Abstract:In this paper, nonionic polyurethane surfactant which has real good surface activity and emulsifying capability was total-ly substitute low molecular weight surfactant for preparing potyacrylate emulsion without any other stabilizers. Kinetics of polymeriza-tion was studied and the results showed polymerization with a high rate in initial period and nucleation period was inversely propor-tional to the surfactant concentration. The morphology of particles was sphere with core - shell structure. Meclmnical testing resultsshows latex film composed with PUS IGM2000 is better than the one with PUS IGM1000.
