| 摘 要： | 通过对中日甲午之战的研究,分析了中国战败的深层次原因是,日本通过明治维新而强国,中国错失发展良机落后而挨打,指出,发展是硬道理,落后就要挨打;当代中国应引以为鉴,改革开放,富国强兵;实现国防建设思路要由积极防御向主动防御转变,摒弃"防御为主,后发制人"的传统军事战略。

| Abstract: | By studying on the Sino-Japanese War,the reason of the Sino fail is that Japan strenghed through Meiji restoration,however China losed the opportunity. Development is the absolute principle,fall behind must be attacked. Morden China should take warning from it,should reform and open,should enrich the country and increase its military force,and should realize the transformation of the national defence consciousness from positive defence to active defence. |
